Le travailleur doit-il rattraper ce jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 ? \u00cates-vous redevable d&rsquo;un suppl\u00e9ment pour jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 ? Qu&rsquo;en est-il des autres absences qui co\u00efncident avec un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant un certain nombre d&rsquo;absences, vos travailleurs conservent leur droit aux jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s. Ainsi, pendant les 30 premiers jours civils de maladie, d&rsquo;accident du travail et de repos d&rsquo;accouchement, vous devrez payer le salaire de jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 selon les r\u00e8gles normales de calcul des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s. Le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 est toujours r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 100 %, m\u00eame si le travailleur se trouve dans sa deuxi\u00e8me, troisi\u00e8me ou quatri\u00e8me semaine de maladie avec un salaire limit\u00e9. Le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 est pris en compte dans le calcul des 30 jours de maladie pour d\u00e9terminer la p\u00e9riode de salaire garanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il va de soi que le travailleur n&rsquo;a alors pas droit au repos compensatoire et au suppl\u00e9ment pour jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 de 2 EUR par heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s plus de 30 jours de maladie, d&rsquo;accident du travail ou de repos d&rsquo;accouchement, le droit au jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 s&rsquo;\u00e9teint. Le droit au paiement d&rsquo;un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 s&rsquo;\u00e9teint \u00e9galement pour les absences suivantes :<br>&#8211; pendant le cr\u00e9dit-temps et le cong\u00e9 parental<br>&#8211; pendant une p\u00e9riode de cong\u00e9 sans solde<br>&#8211; si le premier jour pr\u00e9vu avant ou apr\u00e8s le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 est un jour d&rsquo;absence injustifi\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 tombe pendant une p\u00e9riode de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, c&rsquo;est le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 qui prime. Supposons qu&rsquo;un travailleur prenne une semaine compl\u00e8te de cong\u00e9 la semaine du 21 juillet : vous notifiez \u00e0 votre secr\u00e9tariat social quatre jours de vacances et un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s et le petit ch\u00f4mage constituent une situation particuli\u00e8re. En cas de mariage d&rsquo;un membre de la famille jusqu&rsquo;au deuxi\u00e8me degr\u00e9, le travailleur n&rsquo;a droit au petit ch\u00f4mage que le jour m\u00eame de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. S&rsquo;il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 la maison ce jour-l\u00e0 parce qu&rsquo;il ne doit pas travailler le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9, vous devez payer le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9. Le travailleur ne peut pas non plus pr\u00e9tendre au petit ch\u00f4mage \u00e0 une autre date. Si le travailleur se marie, il a droit \u00e0 deux jours de petit ch\u00f4mage, \u00e0 choisir librement dans la semaine du mariage ou la semaine suivante. Dans ce cas, vous payez \u00e9galement le jour du mariage comme un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 et les deux jours de petit ch\u00f4mage viennent s&rsquo;y ajouter.
