Mais cela signifie-t-il qu\u2019il ne se constitue aucun droit social, comme une pension, sur la base de ses prestations en flexi-job ? La r\u00e9ponse est non.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tant qu\u2019un travailleur n\u2019a pas encore pris sa pension, il continue \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des droits sociaux, notamment des droits \u00e0 la pension, mais aussi des droits en mati\u00e8re d\u2019allocations de ch\u00f4mage. M\u00eame si le travailleur en flexi-job ne paie pas lui-m\u00eame de cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, l\u2019employeur, lui, doit en verser. Depuis 2024, la cotisation patronale sur le salaire flexi s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 28 %. Auparavant, ce taux \u00e9tait de 25 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais quel est r\u00e9ellement l\u2019impact d\u2019un flexi-job sur la pension future ? Le journal <em>De Tijd<\/em> a pos\u00e9 la question au Service f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des Pensions, qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une simulation \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un exemple concret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quatre sc\u00e9narios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019exemple concerne un travailleur qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 exerc\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein pendant 32 ans avec un salaire moyen et qui envisage, pour les dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de sa carri\u00e8re, quatre possibilit\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 1 :<\/strong> continuer \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 temps plein ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 2 :<\/strong> passer \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime de travail \u00e0 quatre cinqui\u00e8mes ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 3 :<\/strong> combiner un emploi \u00e0 temps plein avec un flexi-job ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 4 :<\/strong> combiner un travail \u00e0 quatre cinqui\u00e8mes avec un flexi-job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le flexi-job, la simulation part de l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019une occupation \u00e0 <strong>un cinqui\u00e8me (7,6 heures par semaine)<\/strong> avec un salaire horaire de <strong>17,10 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Impact sur la pension<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s <strong>42 ann\u00e9es de carri\u00e8re<\/strong>, les quatre sc\u00e9narios aboutissent aux pensions mensuelles brutes suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 1 :<\/strong> 2.418 euros ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 2 :<\/strong> 2.291 euros ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 3 :<\/strong> 2.502 euros ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 4 :<\/strong> 2.375 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passer \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime de quatre cinqui\u00e8mes pendant les dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de carri\u00e8re a donc un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la pension de <strong>127 euros par mois<\/strong>. Ce calcul ne tient toutefois pas compte de syst\u00e8mes tels que la fin de carri\u00e8re en douceur (<em>cr\u00e9dit-temps fin de carri\u00e8re<\/em>), dans lesquels le travailleur peut recevoir une intervention de l\u2019ONEM en compensation de la r\u00e9duction de son temps de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le flexi-job augmente la pension de <strong>84 euros par mois<\/strong>, aussi bien dans le sc\u00e9nario \u00e0 temps plein que dans celui \u00e0 quatre cinqui\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En revanche, combiner un travail \u00e0 quatre cinqui\u00e8mes avec un flexi-job \u00e0 un cinqui\u00e8me entra\u00eene une pension inf\u00e9rieure de <strong>43 euros par mois<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein classique. Ce calcul ne tient cependant pas compte du fait que, pendant ces dix ann\u00e9es, le travailleur aura probablement dispos\u00e9 d\u2019un revenu net plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, puisque le salaire flexi n\u2019est soumis ni \u00e0 l\u2019imp\u00f4t ni aux cotisations ONSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les montants mentionn\u00e9s dans cet exemple sont des montants bruts.
