Le statut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera \u00e9galement d\u2019une meilleure reconnaissance. Les modifications entreront en vigueur le 1er juillet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que le cong\u00e9 pour aidant proche ?<br><\/strong>Le cong\u00e9 de proche aidant est une forme de cong\u00e9 th\u00e9matique, tout comme le cong\u00e9 parental ou le cong\u00e9 palliatif. Il existe depuis 2020 et permet aux travailleurs d\u2019interrompre temporairement leur activit\u00e9 professionnelle ou de la r\u00e9duire afin de prendre en charge une personne n\u00e9cessitant des soins. Il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019une personne en situation de handicap ou \u00e2g\u00e9e, avec laquelle le travailleur entretient une relation de confiance ou un lien \u00e9troit, affectif ou g\u00e9ographique. Le proche aidant ne doit donc pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre un membre de la famille, mais doit \u00eatre reconnu comme tel par la mutuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019aidant proche ne re\u00e7oit pas de salaire de l\u2019employeur pour les jours de cong\u00e9, mais b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une allocation de l\u2019ONEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dur\u00e9e plus longue par personne en situation de d\u00e9pendance<\/strong><br>Actuellement, un aidant proche a droit \u00e0 une suspension compl\u00e8te des prestations de travail pendant trois mois par personne d\u00e9pendante, ou \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de moiti\u00e9 ou d\u2019un cinqui\u00e8me pendant six mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces p\u00e9riodes seront port\u00e9es respectivement \u00e0 six mois pour un cong\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein, 12 mois pour un cong\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-temps et 30 mois pour un cong\u00e9 \u00e0 1\/5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le droit maximal au cong\u00e9 pour aidant proche sur l\u2019ensemble de la carri\u00e8re reste inchang\u00e9 : <strong>6 mois \u00e0 temps plein, 12 mois \u00e0 mi-temps ou 30 mois<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 1\/5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Plus de flexibilit\u00e9<\/strong><br>La prise du cong\u00e9 pour aidant proche deviendra \u00e9galement plus flexible. Actuellement, le cong\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein ne peut \u00eatre pris que par p\u00e9riodes d\u2019un mois ou de multiples de ce mois. Bient\u00f4t, avec l\u2019accord de l\u2019employeur, il pourra \u00e9galement \u00eatre pris par semaines ou multiples de semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cong\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-temps, qui doit actuellement \u00eatre pris par blocs de deux mois, pourra prochainement, avec l\u2019accord de l\u2019employeur, \u00eatre pris par blocs d\u2019un mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le cong\u00e9 \u00e0 1\/5, la r\u00e8gle actuelle reste inchang\u00e9e : il ne peut \u00eatre pris que par blocs de deux mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reconnaissance<\/strong><br>Enfin, la p\u00e9riode de reconnaissance comme aidant proche sera port\u00e9e d\u2019un \u00e0 deux ans, avec possibilit\u00e9 de prolongation de deux ann\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires. La reconnaissance pourra \u00e9galement \u00eatre maintenue lorsque la personne d\u00e9pendante s\u00e9journe temporairement ou \u00e0 temps partiel dans un \u00e9tablissement r\u00e9sidentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cong\u00e9 pour aidant proche doit \u00eatre demand\u00e9 par \u00e9crit \u00e0 l\u2019employeur au moins sept jours avant son d\u00e9but. Ce d\u00e9lai peut \u00eatre raccourci avec l\u2019accord de l\u2019employeur.
