Cela comprend l&rsquo;utilisation de leur propre espace de bureau, leur mobilier et leur \u00e9quipement de bureau, le chauffage, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La condition est toutefois que le travailleur \u00ab\u00a0c<em>onsacre structurellement et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement une partie substantielle de son temps de travail au travail \u00e0 domicile<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Cette d\u00e9finition vague a \u00e9t\u00e9 clarifi\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s fiscales et l&rsquo;ONSS pendant la crise de Corona comme suit : \u00ab\u00a0<em>On entend par structure et r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;<strong>un jour de travail par semaine<\/strong>&nbsp;pour les travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel et \u00e0 temps plein<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb Cette journ\u00e9e peut \u00eatre organis\u00e9e sur une base mensuelle de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res (sans proratisation) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 1 jour calendaire par semaine<br>&#8211; 2 demi-journ\u00e9es par semaine<br>&#8211; 2 heures par jour dans une semaine de 5 jours<br>&#8211; 1 semaine par mois<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le remboursement maximal des frais de bureau sera d\u00e9sormais de&nbsp;<strong>160,99<\/strong>&nbsp;euros au lieu de 157,83 euros par mois. En tant qu&#8217;employeur, vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 d&rsquo;accorder une indemnit\u00e9, ni de payer le montant maximum. Vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas non plus tenu de proratiser le montant en cas de prestations \u00e0 temps partiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez \u00e9galement accorder une allocation suppl\u00e9mentaire de maximum 20 euros par mois pour l&rsquo;utilisation professionnelle r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d&rsquo;une connexion internet priv\u00e9e et d&rsquo;un abonnement et de maximum 20 euros pour l&rsquo;utilisation professionnelle de l&rsquo;ordinateur priv\u00e9 avec ses p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques ou de maximum 10 euros par mois pour l&rsquo;utilisation professionnelle d&rsquo;un deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9cran, d&rsquo;une imprimante ou d&rsquo;un scanner (5 euros par article, avec un maximum de deux articles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veillez simplement \u00e0 pouvoir prouver ou justifier le travail \u00e0 domicile et l&rsquo;utilisation professionnelle des abonnements ou du mat\u00e9riel. Tant l&rsquo;ONSS que le fisc contr\u00f4lent strictement les remboursements de frais.
