Vous devez soumettre votre plan \u00e0 vos travailleurs pour le 15 mars et le finaliser d&rsquo;ici le 31 mars.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2023, les employeurs doivent s&rsquo;acquitter de nouvelles obligations en mati\u00e8re de formation, en fonction du nombre de travailleurs qu&rsquo;ils occupent. Pour le d\u00e9compte de 2026 il convient de prendre en compte la moyenne des emplois \u00e0 temps plein entre le 1er octobre 2024 et le 30 septembre 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les employeurs occupant&nbsp;<strong>plus de 20 travailleurs<\/strong>&nbsp;selon ce d\u00e9compte devront non seulement octroyer au moins 5 jours de formation par an \u00e0 chaque travailleur \u00e0 temps plein, mais aussi \u00e9tablir un plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de formation et le renouveler chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certaines d\u00e9marches administratives doivent \u00e9videmment \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es, mais rien de bien complexe. Le plan de formation n&rsquo;est rien de plus qu&rsquo;une liste des formations que vous proposez, en tant qu&#8217;employeur, \u00e0 vos travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous devez \u00e9galement y indiquer les groupes-cibles auxquels vos formations sont destin\u00e9es. La loi demande qu&rsquo;une attention particuli\u00e8re soit port\u00e9e aux groupes \u00e0 risque tels que les travailleurs hors UE, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 50 ans, les travailleurs atteints d&rsquo;un handicap au travail et les professions en p\u00e9nurie. Il ne s\u2019agit toutefois pas d\u2019une obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n&rsquo;y a&nbsp;<strong>pas d&rsquo;exigences particuli\u00e8res<\/strong>&nbsp;quant \u00e0 la forme du plan de formation, ni de mod\u00e8le type pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Votre plan de formation doit \u00eatre pr\u00eat pour le&nbsp;<strong>15 mars<\/strong>. Vous devez alors, au plus tard \u00e0 cette date, le soumettre pour avis \u00e0 votre conseil d&rsquo;entreprise ou votre d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale. En l&rsquo;absence de tels organes, vous devez le soumettre \u00e0 vos travailleurs. L&rsquo;ensemble de la proc\u00e9dure doit \u00eatre cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e pour le&nbsp;<strong>31 mars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous conservez votre plan de formation au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise afin que vos travailleurs puissent le consulter sur simple demande.
