Au cours des derni\u00e8res semaines, de nombreux travailleurs en Flandre ont re\u00e7u une communication concernant le \u00ab\u00a0Jobbonus\u00a0\u00bb (prime \u00e0 l’emploi) flamand. Comme vous pourriez \u00e9galement recevoir des questions \u00e0 ce sujet en tant qu\u2019employeur, nous r\u00e9sumons ci-dessous en quoi consiste exactement cette prime annuelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Jobbonus flamand, con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les salaires et les allocations afin d\u2019inciter davantage de personnes \u00e0 travailler ou \u00e0 rester au travail, est octroy\u00e9 pour la quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive ce mois-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seules les personnes qui ont gagn\u00e9 en 2024 en moyenne moins de 3.100 euros brut par mois pour un emploi \u00e0 temps plein sont \u00e9ligibles au Jobbonus. Pour les travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel, un prorata est calcul\u00e9. Pour une personne travaillant \u00e0 mi-temps, la limite salariale est donc de 1.550 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La prime est accessible aux travailleurs du secteur priv\u00e9 comme aux fonctionnaires. Les int\u00e9rimaires peuvent \u00e9galement en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier.  Les conditions suppl\u00e9mentaires sont les suivantes : qu\u2019ils aient eu leur r\u00e9sidence principale en Flandre au 1\u1d49\u02b3 janvier 2025 et qu\u2019ils n\u2019aient pas encore atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de la pension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le montant du Jobbonus s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve, selon le salaire brut, \u00e0 maximum 650 euros nets. En 2026, ce montant passera \u00e0 700 euros. Toute personne ayant droit au Jobbonus a re\u00e7u ces derni\u00e8res semaines une lettre papier ou un message via son e-Box personnelle indiquant le montant exact. Le calcul et l\u2019octroi se basent sur les d\u00e9clarations trimestrielles \u00e0 l\u2019ONSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La communication avec les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ainsi que le paiement sont effectu\u00e9s par VLABEL, et non par l\u2019employeur. La prime n\u2019appara\u00eetra donc pas sur la fiche de paie ; vous n\u2019avez aucune formalit\u00e9 \u00e0 accomplir et n\u2019en assumez aucun co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour recevoir le Jobbonus, le travailleur doit simplement enregistrer son num\u00e9ro de compte via Mijn Burgerprofiel. Aucune demande formelle n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les travailleurs qui souhaitent v\u00e9rifier s\u2019ils y ont droit peuvent utiliser le simulateur<\/span><\/a>\u00a0disponible sur le site du gouvernement flamand. Ceux qui estiment que le montant de leur Jobbonus est incorrect peuvent introduire un recours en ligne par la m\u00eame voie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
